The application is pre-configured with default settings for the host name, port, and email address, which are used to send notifications to users based on specific actions within the application. These default configurations ensure that the application can immediately perform email-related functions upon deployment.
If the client has specific requirements or preferences, they have the flexibility to customize the email configuration. This includes modifying: - Host name - Port - Email address
Such customization ensures that all email communications are consistent with the client's existing infrastructure and policies.
